Return & Exchange policy

If you wish to return your item/s, we offer exchanges, store credits and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns must not be washed, worn and have all tags attached.

All customers wishing to exchange / return any items are responsible for the return postage cost as well as any additional postage costs for an exchange of a product (this excludes faulty items in which we will be issued you a pre paid return label)

Faulty items

All our Milky Designs pieces go through various stages of quality control, however human error can occur and should you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us via email at hello@loaila.co within 14 days of receiving your item. Or within a considerable timeframe in which the product became faulty.

Please include the following information in your email.

• Full name
• Order number
• Images of the faulty or damaged item
