At Loaila, we know we’re not perfect — but we’re always learning, growing, and striving to do better. If you ever see something we could improve, we welcome your thoughts with open hearts. This space has always been shaped by connection, and your voice matters.

The world we live in is sacred — wild, magical, and one of a kind. And for far too long, it’s been taken for granted. As a designer, a mother, and a lover of nature, I feel a deep responsibility to tread gently, to honour this earth, and to teach our children not only to see its beauty — but to protect it.

The future lies in their hands. So let’s walk a little softer. Let’s show them that small, conscious choices can bring beauty back into the world.

Packaging & Postage

  • Freight: Australia Post

    All shipping is through Australia Post who reduce emissions wherever possible and also compensate for the remaining emissions by investing in carbon offset projects through Qantas Future Planet.

  • Carbon Neutral

    To counter the carbon emissions of parcels, Aus post invest in projects that have a positive impact on the environment in Australia and overseas. Some of the projects we're proud to support include: Bush Regeneration and Fighting fire with fire.

  • Packaging: noisse

    All orders are wrapped in our custom design Tissue paper by Noissue, their eco-friendly tissue paper is 100% circular and can be composted or recycled after use, completed with their sustainable custom stickers and tapes. Finally packaged and sent in Noissues compostable mailers.

  • Tissue Paper

    FSC-certified, recycled paper and is fully home-compostable after use.

  • Stickers

    100% recyclable and compostable, and made with FSC-certified materials and soy-based inks.

  • Compostable Mailers / Postage labels

    Home and commercially compostable, breaking down fully within 180 and 90 days respectively. Made with two adheasive strips so customers can use them again.
